What types of wagers do I get Ignition Miles for?
All Casino play including Slots, Table Games, Video Poker and Specialty Games and all Poker play including Tournaments, Cash Games and Jackpot Sit & Gos
How do I redeem my Ignition Miles?
Head over to your Rewards Portal and click on “Get My Bonus”, then you can choose to redeem all or just a portion of your Ignition Miles.
What can I redeem my Ignition Miles for?
Redeem your Ignition Miles for cash bonuses, which can be used in our Casino, and Poker Tournament Tickets. Keep checking for any new bonuses on offer.
What’s the difference between Ignition Miles and Lifetime Miles?
With every eligible wager you will earn both Lifetime Miles and Ignition Miles at the same rate. Lifetime Miles are cumulative and are used to track your progress moving up the 8 Rewards levels. You can not convert Lifetime Miles to cash bonuses. Ignition Miles are placed into your points balance and can be used at any time to exchange for cash bonuses.
Will my Ignition Miles and Lifetime Miles update in real time when I make a wager?
The Miles balances are updated automatically and immediately after placing a Casino bet, after completing a cash game hand and after finishing a tournament.
What is the expiration date for my Ignition Miles?
Ignition Miles expire 12 months after they were earned.
How do I check my status in your Rewards Program?
View your Rewards portal to see what tier you are in and how many more Ignition Miles are needed to get to the next level.
Can I ever lose my status?
No, once you reach a status level, you’re locked in and will never lose it. Plus you’ll continue to reap the benefits, even if you take an extended time away.
Can I use my redemption cash bonus in the Poker room?
Unless otherwise stated, cash bonuses purchased with Ignition Miles cannot be used in the Poker Room.
What is the rollover on the cash bonuses purchased with Ignition Miles?
Rollover for bonus cash purchased with rewards points may vary, be sure to check out the Terms & Conditions for the bonus you choose.
Who is eligible for the Poker Freerolls and how do I register?
All Chrome players and above are eligible. Tournament Tickets will be issued Monthly for that month’s tournaments and players can register for the Freerolls in the Poker software under the Private tab in the Scheduled Tournaments lobby.
When do the Poker Freerolls take place and what are the prizes?
They run every Thursday at 9:05 PM ET and will each have a prize pool of at least $2,500 in cash or tournament tickets.
Will there be more types of rewards in the future?
Yes, we will be offering exclusive promotions and offers and expanding the program further in the future.

- All aspects of the Promotion, including point accumulation rules, point redemption value, bonus value, player eligibility, dates and times of credit issuing or anything else relevant to the Promotion can be modified, suspended or cancelled at any time, without cause or prior notice.
