Transfer Crypto to Ignition

To maintain privacy and security, always transfer Crypto to Ignition from your wallet and NOT your exchange. Double-check the cryptocurrency before making your transfer (eg. Bitcoin (BTC) and Bitcoin Cash (BCH) are not the same currency). No two coins are interchangeable.

1. Start by selecting the cryptocurrency you purchased from the deposit options to generate both a cryptocurrency address and a QR code. 
2. Inside your Digital Wallet, press ‘Send’.
3. Scan the QR code or Copy the alphanumeric wallet address generated from the Ignition cashier page and paste to the field provided in your wallet. 
4. Choose the amount your wish to deposit and click ‘Send’.
5. A confirmation screen will appear. Review the address and make sure it’s the same as what is shown on the Ignition cashier page, then click ‘Send’. Within approximately 15 minutes, your funds in USD should show in your Ignition account balance.

Note: Before making a new cryptocurrency deposit, you must ensure that a new wallet address is generated prior to completing your deposit.
