Ignition - Poker Client Troubleshooting
If you are experiencing any issue with the Ignition Casino Poker software, you may attempt the trouble-shooting steps below to resolve the issue on your own.
We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused and can assure you we are working dilignetly to ensure the issue does not persist.
For Windows Users
1. Close the Poker software.
2. From File Explorer, search for %appdata%
3. You may not be able to see the AppData folder, if so you need to enable 'Hidden items'
- Open File Explorer
- Click on view and place a tick on 'Hidden items' box
- Locate the folder AppData\Roaming
4. Locate folder ignitioncasino-eu-poker* and delete it.
5. Reopen the Ignition Poker software and log back in.
For Mac Users
1. Close the Poker software.
2. Open Finder, click Go -> Go to Folder
3. Enter ~/Library/Application Support -> Click Go
4. Delete the folder ignitioncasino-eu-poker.*
5. Reopen the Ignition Poker software and log back in.
*Do NOT delete the Igniton Casino folder
